Summary: I recently spent 7 days at the Union Port Hotel in Istanbul. My stay was most enjoyable. A special thanks to Sam and his charming team who were very welcoming and always offered good advice. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, which had everything necessary to enhance my stay: minibar, safe, air conditioning, bottle of water, etc. In addition, the hotel is just a few steps from public transport and the funicular. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Summary: The rooms, bed linen, bathroom were spotlessly clean, before coming to the hotel, they sent a message about how we can help you and what we can do for you. The first day we entered, we had a problem with the air conditioning, we didn't care because we checked in very late. When we reported the situation the next day, they were kind to us and gave us terrace rooms without any price difference. I had a lot of hotel experience due to my work. There may be problems in every business, the effort and surprises given for the solution made us feel very valuable and surprised us. I did not expect such kindness and interest. The location is perfect, the tram is very close. We had a great hotel experience and we left very pleasant. We thank Sam and the Union Hotel family for their generous and kind hospitality.

Summary: We arrived late at night and got a really good service, the receptionist welcomed us with a friendly face. The room is super clean and big with alot of storage for clothes and suitcase. Hotels location is close to the city and and very easy to find. We used hotels pickup service and the transfer was very luxurious with a big car and a tv inside. We will defensively come back! Staff was amazing and hotel is so clean and beds super comfy
